Well, after a little over two years of living here, we're finally having central heat and air installed. The guys are here today starting the install. It'll be nice not to have to wake up in the middle of the night to stock the wood stove so it’s warm, or come home to a cold house in the winter.

Jeff, Richard, Robert and I went to Oklahoma City this weekend for a get-out-of-town trip! We visited the OKC Memorial, Crystal Bridge at Myriad Botanical Garden, wandered around Bricktown, and did a little shopping.

Well, after a year (damn!) the room is coming together. The floor is done (sans the top layer, which we go pick up tomorrow to lay this weekend!); the walls have been torn down and replaced; insulation has been installed; Sheetrock hung, coated and textured; and finally, after one year, painting is in progress!
