Went out to Club Tangerine last night with a couple straight friend couples of mine. We all had a blast. Was the first time one of the couples had ever been to a gay club. They were well-behaved… heh heh.

I think my body’s warranty finally ran out. I just turned another year older, and right after that my back starts acting up. And then this last Friday at lunch, I shattered a molar. What the hell!

But is “there” really where I want to be? After all, I can barely remember where I park the truck when I go places.

I have a friend who went into the hospital last night for chest pains. More than likely it was induced by stress build-up. So, the question is—how do you help someone who has bottled up all that stress?

I’ve been in the same stress-bottle-boat before, and I still don’t know how I overcame it, or if I really ever did. So how could I possibly help someone else?
