Sounds like a good philosophy to me.
There comes a time when a house has been so damaged by termites that you must not only kill the termites but demolish the house and build again.
I am by no means a revolutionary. But sometimes one has to wonder if there really is any way to fix our broken systems, short of deleting the whole thing and starting again.
