Pic a Day in May: Day 14

The Husbear spent some time today continuing his work on rebuilding the terraces in the front yard today. I “supervised”.

Ain’t he cute?

I also did some work at his salon today (a remodeling project), and then rearranged the living room as well. Which ending up being a major pain in the ass.

Jim of Jim’s Stuff started his own version of the “Pic a Day in May” challenge. So I thought I’d go ahead and give it a shot. It’s not like I can really think of anything to blog about these days anyway. So we’ll go with my life in pictures. There’s that whole “a picture is worth a thousand words” thing anyway, so that just means I need to write less. 😉

Other bloggers that I know of who are playing along:
Jim of Jim’s Stuff
Sean of Idle Eyes and a Dormy
Kelly of Rambling along in life…
Sean of Just a Jeep Guy
BuddyBear of One Step at a Time

Until next time...
Erik

  1. I admire his work. It looks as if he’s using mortar; my walls are all dry set in the old New England tradition. Both look great — and so does he!

    1. When the Husbear originally built the terraces, he dry set them all. Unfortunately due to us living on the side of the ridge, hydraulic action as well as some of the freeze/thaw cycles we’ve been through, has caused some of the walls to collapse. So he’s making them a little more… permanent.
