<b>Dan:</b>
It's not an outhouse, but it does play one on TV. It's actually the well-house. When we bought the place, there was a little 3 foot high wood "bunker" there that had seen better days and was home to many creepy-crawly things. We tore it down and built that in its place. Insulated, mostly creepy-crawly free, and plenty of room to stand in.
