In all honesty, I don’t even know where one would shop for clothing like this. I think I need a personal shopper. And someone to dress me.

I don’t know that it’s a Doctor Who thing. I think it’s more just a rustic fancy thing. Except maybe the bow tie. That could be a Doctor Who thing for me.
