I think they have more appropriate cold weather clothing. Perhaps their homes are better insulated. Or maybe they’re just crazy. It’s cold here in SC this week, but not as cold as you’ve got it. Good luck!
i cannot imagine being in weather that cold. it gets below 60 here and i am freezing. i know, i know… 😉
for me, it is hard to imagine cold anymore – it is about 70° and sunny.

Good Lord! What a bunch of weather pussies. They reason we survive cold weather up here in the Northern latitudes is because we’re all extremely warm blooded. That and we all have winter coats filled with goose feathers that makes us all look like the Michelin Man. LOL
