No. I’m fairly certain they say something else.
I mean, why not? I hated buying Doc Martens and six months later, long before the tops were beginning to age badly, the soles began to crack. I eventually stopped buying them altogether. I doubt that duct tape would go with Docs, but for those sneakers — and with that pattern — perfect!
I was never much on wearing Docs. And I’m so rough on shoes that Chucks seem to get the best bang for the buck for me. And now I extended that buck! 😉
