Unfortunately, when I look at this picture I think less “cowboy” and more “norovirus-riddled Mexican cruise”.

I agree, actually, to both parts. I couldn’t think of something to call that hat though other than a “cowboy” hat. A very gay, club kid, cowboy hat.
