Visually Appealing?

This is me, sitting at my computer, still feeling like crap:

I’m freezing—hence the hat—and the headphones are because “Family Guy” is playing on here and the husbear is in the other room watching a movie.

And here’s the Husbear yesterday taking a break from yard work on the being-renovated front porch:

Apparently when he rests, the animals decide they need to come rest with him… almost like a bizarre Noah’s ark kind-of thing. Odd.

Until next time...

So much for the Flu Shot

I was up all night with nausea then vomiting, cold chills, hot flashes, achy body and intestinal issues. My body slightly ached the last few days and I’ve been having intestinal issues a couple days before that. I do not know that it is the flu (as I am not a doctor) but it sure feels like it.

I got the flu shot a few months ago. For the first time ever. I guess it didn’t work.

Why do we call it “the flu” and not what it really is? The flu sounds so less serious than “Influenza” does. And it is serious.

Just thought I’d share… as typing seems to be the only thing I can do that doesn’t hurt much at the moment.

Until next time...
