The Husbear and I have grown tired of paying someone else’s mortgage, so we’ve been looking around for a house. Today we went and made an offer on a house that we looked at. It’s a two story home built in 1892, that sits on five acres of land. As with most older homes, it will need a little work but appears to be in rather good condition.
