My apologies to anyone who came here looking for me over the last few days and received a “server not found” message.

There was an issues with the DNS entries for my site name that my webhost was finally able to get corrected for me.

I’m back now! Not that I really do anything anymore. But at least I’ll get my email now.

For those of you who come to my blog directly and don’t view it via an rss feed, I’ve been tinkering with the look and feel of my blog. Hopefully it’s not horrific. There’s still some things I need to go modify, but I somewhat like the look.

My apologies to anyone who was trying to leave a comment as of late and could not. A plugin (or two) was breaking something on my site that stopped comments from going through, and would result in this message:

ERROR: Your comment could not be saved. Please try again later.

A big “Thank you!” to Blobby for letting me know, and for helping me test and fix it.

Well, hopefully it fixed it. 😉

I was out beveraging yesterday with special guests (more on that in another post), when Ms. Karen let me know via Facebook that my blog had been hacked.

Again.

Well crap.

Again.

Luckily I have the ability to FTP into my webserver from my iPhone, so I put my blog in maintenance mode so any visitor would at least be greeted with a message of my choice other than “This site has been HACKED”.

When I awoke this morning, I killed a couple of plugins that I think potentially could have allowed the hackers in, then restored my blog from a clean backup. I guess time will tell if those plugins were the door in. If I get hacked again, that is.

Damn script kiddies.

Christ on a cracker. My site got hacked again. Somehow, the hackers are creating a new text widget that’s causing most of the changes, as well as changing the title of the blog.

Must figure out how.

I’m annoyed.
