That’s very awkward for you Erik?
Why do moms forget that the Republicans control congress? Silly moms.
@bearbare_ on multiple levels.
@mlfarme I’m sure that will be somewhere in her next text…
I likely won’t talk to my family until Thanksgiving, I am not going for a visit until mid December. I understand. Trump can’t do much of what he wants to do, without collaboration from Congress – I think he is going to find that very hard to get.
Here’s hoping. But we’ve seen how fast much of Congress tends to cave when it’s one of their own party calling the shots.
@erikrubright 😱😱😱😱😱😱
I am lucky in that my mother and both sisters voted for Clinton.
I’m sadly not surprised my parents voted the Republican Party line, but I’m surprised they did nonetheless.
I tore into my parents last night for voting for him. It was not pretty.
You must be a very nice son… you still call her “mother”.
More out of… habit.
Yep. Same with my folks. They just don’t get how this affects us. But they will. Soon.
Damn…I feel you
Mine neither. I’ve had to unfollow most of my family.
😢
🙁🤗😘 I have one of those too. I remind mine that the bigger asshole she is now will determine what care she gets later.
