Congress has been the real road block in DC for the past 20 years. And the Judiciary, despite being the 3rd co-equal branch of government gets less than 3% of government funding at the state or federal level. The state courts are chronically backlogged.
We we got more involved than merely sitting back and bitching it would work better.
