I’m still LOLing.
And this one was damned well done too.
One of these days I’ll make it to Comic-Con. Just to enjoy the show.

I like the Pink song better. The people had a play sense of hurmor about the whole thing. I bet it would be fun to walk around and people watch.
I’m curious about the making of the first one. The Pink one definitely seemed more… planned.
I’d love to people watch there! My poor digital camera would probably hate me by the end of it.
Oh my. There was definitely some clever editing and choices in the videos.
It looks like hallowe’en– but without the absolution provided by being a recognized freak holiday.
I think the event in itself provides that absolution. 😉
Everyone looks disinterested in the first one! And I did love Jack Sparrow’s appearance in both, even though I don’t like that movie.
mmm, sweaty nerds.
I was actually wondering how they first one was filmed. It seems like they just asked people to read lines without really telling them what it was for.
The Jack Sparrow was a dead ringer for the character. They should use him as a stand in for Depp.
I replied to the wrong comment string…won’t let me delete the comments…so here it stays.
I’ve been to the San Diego Comic-Con several times, and it’s a lot of fun. I’m still a bit disappointed that I had to miss out this year. It’s more like the Renaissance Faire than Halloween. Most people aren’t in costume, but those that are, are totally into it. (Or they’ve been paid to wander around in a particular outfit.)
Hmm… I could get paid to wander around in costume? I want that gig.
