Happy Bunny Multiplication Day!

Just remember, this day isn't really about a zombie Jewish martyr. It's yet another "Pagan" tradition the early "christian" church adapted into itself in order to facilitate the conversion of Pagans. But the church doesn't lie. Just ask any of the children who have been molested by those in power and with authority in the church....

As stated most eloquently yesterday by Moby: "Christianity as an organization has become a self-obsessed, greedy, hate-mongering, evil, corporate entity bent on world domination. The sooner we get rid of it and start over, the better off we will be as a society."

Maybe the over-commercialization of these "religious" holidays is a good thing: it's helped to take the "religion" back out of them.

Enjoy the sugary goodness of your chocolate rabbits, creme eggs, and jelly beans.

"Do a little dance."

Until next time...
Erik

Not that I give a rats ass, but I've gotten several pieces of hate mail already. :p I guess its ok to have an opinion as long as you agree with them, otherwise you're a filthy sinner. lol

Ahh... the old "it okay to have your opinion as long as it agrees with mine" philosophy so predominant with those of a organized religious mindset.

I always found it oddly humorous that "they" don't understand the distinction between preaching and teaching. And I think there is a fundamental difference between those two adjectives. Jesus was called "teacher", not "preacher". I think the key difference between the two is one was willing to listen and learn from others points of view, while the other does not.

ironically I hear Easter is growing less of a community holiday and going abck to either behind closed doors Christian holiday or a pagan ritual = you choose!

Eventually, something else would just come along and replace it.

That's why I call it Boiled Egg Day, since I could give a shit about Christianity.
