This ensconces my belief that organized religion is the worst thing man has ever created in all our existence. So far.

Nothing scares me more than a mob, a Tribe with an ‘us vs. them’ emotion. Worse, a religious one, as they feel justified in whatever they do.
If it weren’t for the hole in man’s knowledge left by the Christian dark ages, we would in all likelihood be exploring the stars right now…
