Wonderful show, and I enjoyed all the little references to past Dr. Who episodes. And Tom Baker! He’s one of my favorite Doctors. I discovered the show while he and Sarah Jane were in the middle of their adventures.
Tulsa (2 hours away) and Little Rock (3 hours away) were the closest theaters here that played it. But since I worked, I just got to see it at home. Which I prefer anyway. I don’t do theaters very well.
I’m glad you liked it. I was curious to hear from someone who ‘knows’ their opinion of it, in contrast to this ‘virgin’ who very much enjoyed it. Now that you’ve seen it I can ask all those ‘what the hell where they talking about” questions!
Squee indeed. Absolutely epic I thought (been watching since Patrick Troughton)
I’ve not been watching it quite as long, but Tom Baker was my first. I loved the 50th.

Tom was my first Doctor as well. I was excited to see him make an appearance. And I’m curious what they’ll do with that storyline.
They are playing it in theaters around here.

I’m glad you enjoyed it. And ask away!
What Colonel Panic said.
(And yes, I’m playing catch up on your blog tonight.)
