That happens in my neighborhood a lot. I’ve even had “presents” in my car’s air filter from them. We have dozens of feral cats running around the area which more than likely scares the critters into any open means of escape. Like a wheel well or exhaust pipe.

We don’t find them that often out here in the country. But it’s possible something else gets them before they find their way into hazardous spaces….
There used to be a cereal that I loved when I was a kid. It was called Crispy Critters.
Makes you wonder what was in it…. 😉
