My only guess is that multiple people get busted for cruising in the bathroom. And the owners got tired of cleaning up jizz from the floor. Or so I’m guessing.
another example of bad grammar (and lack of proper punctuation) causes confusion. Does this sign mean if you have a felony they will subject you to body fluids?
I’m still confused by the parentheses.

Luckily, I didn’t see any bodily fluids anywhere. Except those of mine flushing down the drain.
